PASHA Bank is inviting interested and motivated individuals to occupy the position of Distance Sales Operator

Position Title: Distance Sales Operator
Location: Tbilisi, Head Office
Position Type: Full Time
Department: Distance Banking Department

Major Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Managing database applications in order to sell banking products
  • Ensure applications registration in appropriate software systems
  • Ensure preparation of relevant documentation for approved applications
  • Sorting and archiving documents on a daily basis
  • Execution of an individual sales plan
  • Execution of daily plan for filling out applications and outgoing calls
  • Maintaining long-term relationship with customers through quality service, consultation, and negotiation
  • Providing solutions and recommendations to customers regarding optimal banking products
  • Schedule meetings with customers for Distance Sales Officers
  • Answering incoming calls, identifying customer needs and providing high-quality banking services, if necessary
  • Administering incoming email correspondence
  • Administering incoming Facebook Messenger massages, if necessary  
Required Qualifications:

Education:

  • Higher or incomplete higher education, preferable in Business Administration or Economics
Work Experience:

  • Work experience in sales is preferable
Languages:

  • Fluent in Georgian; Good Knowledge of English; Knowledge of Russian will be an advantage
Technical knowledge and skills:

  • Knowledge of MS Office Programs
