JSC "IBERIA REFRESHMENTS" PepsiCo bottler is operating based on Business development agreement with the PepsiCo International for organizing production of soft beverages in Georgia. It is fast growing company and one of the largest beverages` producers in Georgia. JSC "IBERIA REFRESHMENTS" PepsiCo bottler is a part of international private investment group - Revery which is developing food & beverage businesses in caucasus, central asia and middle east markets.
We are looking for talented, result-oriented and passionate individual with a min. of 5 years experience in the Marketing field and an ability to leverage the full marketing mix to grow market share, volume, profitability and brand equity for PepsiCo/company brands. This role requires strong project management skills, exceptional communication skills being a liaison between marketing and sales, commercial awareness as well as superb conceptual thinking and very strong analytical skills to work out a systematic mapping of potential opportunities.
Participate in the development of annual marketing/brand strategies and plans maximizing market share and building brand awareness
Develop and execute integrated annual activity plans ensuring consistent consumer experience across all communication channels, with positive sales impact and ROI
Ensure that all advertising campaigns are taken to the next level through further leveraging digital and engagement opportunities.
Lead and manage NPD processes providing long term growth for business through widening consumption occasions
Monitor on-going brand activations evaluating pros and cons, and constantly coming up with improvement initiatives
Ensure that clear and consistent guidelines are provided to Field Sales Force for all brand/consumer/trade activities, including briefing on brand communication cycles and new launches with its selling stories. Work closely with Sales to ensure brand strategies and objectives are effectively executed and evaluated at field level.
Act as a liaison between Sales and Marketing to ensure that plans and execution are in line with portfolio and brand objectives and strategies
Collect and disseminate Best Practice for efficient and profitable marketing and trade marketing activities
Be brand ambassador championing the brand (s) essence and values internally, making sure each team of the company understand the brand and its goals.
Analyze market/consumer research data in order to understand brand issues and market opportunities;
Monitor and report brand expenditure to ensure it does not exceed budget defined in operational brand plan;
Manage the work processes and projects with internal and external partners (agencies, marketing team)
University degree preferably in Marketing (MBA is a plus)
Minimum 5 years experience in brand marketing, digital experience is a plus
Ability to leverage the full marketing mix to grow market share, volume, profitability and brand equity for company brands
Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills
Action oriented with experience in managing multiple projects, priorities and deadlines
Excellent planning and organizational skills, including superior communication skills
Motivated by success and passionate about working and achieving higher results with the power to influence
Ability to think critically and creatively. Creative mind with track record of putting new ideas into practice and accessing results

High proficiency with Excel, PowerPoint and strong ability to create and develop proposals and presentations
Fluency in Georgian, Russian and English languages
