The Role 📢

We’re looking for Growth & Partnerships Associate to manage a team to handle our in-app and external influencer communities. No past experience in marketing or social media is required. We also are not looking for candidates that are currently enrolled in classes. The most important things we look for are the excitement about the product, great organizational skills, and willingness to work hard.

This is a unique opportunity to be on the ground floor of one of the fastest-growing social networks. We want people who can work well in a fast-paced and creative environment where you have a lot of autonomy over your team and can take initiative and execute your ideas.

Responsibilities 💡

• Build partnerships with influencers and celebrities
• Create an internal talent management agency
• Oversee a marketing/growth team
• Find community verticals for us to expand into, and build out partnerships within those verticals
• Work closely with our leadership team, the tech team, and the product team to identify community needs

Qualifications 👥

• Very very organized (bonus points if you love notion, airtable, or excel 👀)
• Understanding of social media and trends
• Fast learner
• Excellent English language skills
• Strong problem-solving skills—can work independently
