Position: Account manager.

 

Working hours: Full time (09:00-18:00), Monday to Friday, On-site.

 

Location: Europe Str. 4, 0198 Tbilisi, Georgia.

 

Main Duties:   

 

• Implement Corporate Customer Care Strategy of Gebrüder Weiss
• Developing detailed customer care programs designed to improve competitive positions and to achieve pre-determined customer care goals
• Coordinating, following up and reviewing the implementation of the sales and marketing plan
• Identify Client needs, develop products and services accordingly
• Contacting and informing existing customers in order to keep the market up to date about the Gebrüder Weiss LLC product portfolio & services
• Studying the market conditions, problems of competition and the substitutes coming into the market. Informing the top management of these facts along with suggestions.
• Ensure customer satisfaction, constantly monitor service and product quality
•  Timely and effectively react to the incoming queries and questions from Customers
• Participate into the improvement of customer care strategies, customer care policies, customer care objectives and pricing policies of the respective products.
• Support all service managers with individual proposals for clients.
• Report to management on regular basis

Profile:

 

• You are strong team player with outgoing personality with customer care-driven mindset
• You have excellent planning and strategizing skills and customer oriented attitude
• You have at least 2 years of working experience preferably in Customer care or Customer Relations
• Excellent written and verbal communication in Georgian and English
• Bachelor’s degree in Business related field
