Job Description


Junior Assistant Director

Reports to:

Managing Director




Working from office, 5D/week  8hrs/Day

External Relation:

Accounting services, Government entities. Customers, Online aggregators, contractors, Suppliers, realtors, marketing agencies….

Summary of Position:

Responsible for admin work related to the operations, kitchen and front of the house. business reports related to the company performance. Work closely with the director to monitor and report on certain key perfomamcne indicators. Communicate and coordinate with different parties to make sure Direcgtor message is properly communicated and follow-up to ensure taks completed on time and in a high quality.

Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Responsible to fill and update business reports, from daily sales report, to profit & loss in coordination with accounting firms, cost controller and operations team.

  • Searching for contratros as assign by the company director, facilitate meeting and make sure to translate Director message adequately, assign tasks and followup on completion.

  • Prepare standard company documentation for all company employees, or external stakeholder, hold the company stamp and use it as informed by the director.

  • Represent the company and director in front of all contractor, company employees or govenrement entities. 

  • Conduct interviews and exit interviews with company employees, to evaluate and determine area of strength and improvement.

  • Document operations SOP’s and manuals, in coordination with operations team.

  • Develop training program and manuals with the support of director.

  • Help source all marketing, branding, accounting, and anyother outsourced activities, lead meetings negotiate and close deals.

  • Keep organisational chart and JDs uptodate, with updated tasks and responsibilities.

  • Meet with any employee, following an open door policy, to listen to them and transfer their message to the director.

  • Any other duties assign by the Director


  • Proven experience as assistant director or other similar position

  • Experience in performance and operations management

  • Knowledge of relevant regulations and quality standards

  • Proficient in MS Office, google documents

  • Well spoken in English & Kartuli 

  • Outstanding communication and public speaking skills

  • Excellent organizational and leadership skills

  • Aptitude in problem-solving

  • BSc/BA in business administration or related field
