Awork is a fast-growing Georgian tech-startup and first-ever Georgian Job Search mobile application, that was launched on July 1st, 2022. Our team is seeking a new team member for the B2B Sales Representative position. 

We are currently looking for an experienced and motivated B2B Sales Representative to join our team. The primary responsibility of this role will be to acquire new clients and close deals, thereby expanding our customer base and driving revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify new business opportunities and target markets for the company's products and services.
  • Develop and execute sales strategies tailored to each client's unique needs, ensuring the achievement of monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
  • Conduct high-quality sales presentations, product demonstrations, and negotiations to secure new business.
  • Collaborate with our marketing and customer success teams to create customized solutions and ensure client satisfaction throughout the sales process.
  • Maintain a deep understanding of Awork's offerings, services, and market trends to provide valuable insights and advice to both clients and the internal team.
  • Act as a primary point of contact for corporate clients and manage the sales process from start to finish
  • Provide regular sales reports to management
  • Stay informed of industry trends and developments and adjust sales strategies accordingly

Key Performance Indicators:

  • Sales growth and revenue generated from new clients
  • Number of new corporate clients acquired
  • Sales targets and quotas met or exceeded
  • Timely and accurate sales reports provided to management
  • Positive feedback and testimonials from corporate clients

Education and Experience:

  • Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field
  • Minimum 1 year of B2B sales experience
  • Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills
  • Experience with CRM software and sales tracking tools
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
