Financial Planning and Analysis Specialist

Description:
IDS Borjomi Tbilisi is pleased to announce the vacancy of Financial Planning and Analysis Specialist.
Location: Tbilisi, Ilia babutsidze st.#14
Working schedule: Monday – Friday, 10:00-19:00, with 1-hour gap.
Salary and other compensations: Competitive salary, medical insurance, mobile limit and etc.
Probation period: 6 months.
Responsibilities:
- Provide analytical, forecasting, reporting, and project support to senior management.
- Produce monthly reports, which include key metrics, financial results, and variance reporting.
- Collection of information for external auditors.
- Identify opportunities for performance improvement across the organization.
- Develop models that help with decision-making.
- Analyzing current and past financial data.
- Recommend actions by analyzing and interpreting data and making comparative analyses; study proposed changes in reporting standards.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or Finance.
- Minimum 2 years’ experience in preparation of financial reports, budgets, financial analytics.
- Knowledge of IFRS.
- Progress towards ACCA or other professional body certification will be an advantage.
- High proficiency in Excel is a must.
- Basic understanding of some of the following tools: Power Query, Power Pivot, Power BI is a must. Working experience will be an advantage.
