Responsibilities:
✅ Provide prompt and diligent responses to all business-related messages and calls, maintaining timely and effective communication via various channels.
✅ Collaborate with the sales manager to make informed decisions when selecting and booking hotels, ensuring they align with guest needs and preferences.
✅ Thoroughly assess hotel preparedness three hours before guest arrival, validating reservations, processing advance payments, and confirming room availability.
✅ Maintain a comprehensive database of hotels, regularly updating prices and requesting discounted rates.
✅ Professionally negotiate discounted reservations with hotels for each booking.
✅ Understand guest preferences and select suitable hotels that provide unforgettable service.
✅ Collaborate with the sales manager in selecting appropriate cars and drivers.
✅ Coordinate with drivers and transportation companies to ensure warm guest welcomes with flowers or sweets upon arrival.
✅ Conduct thorough driver checks, ensuring a functioning SIM card with unlimited internet access, familiarity with hotel details, and proper signage.
✅ Distribute comprehensive documents and standards to drivers, confirming mutual understanding.
✅ Manage an up-to-date database of drivers and various vehicle categories.
✅ Oversee a fleet of sedan cars, sprinters, buses, and minivans, including arranging armored transportation as needed.
Experience:
