Role Summary

Concierge serves as a specialized customer service representative. He/She is responsible for responding to a wide variety of guest needs to ensure a smooth and pleasant experience for customers. Develops a strong knowledge of the hotel's facilities and services and of the surrounding community. Proactively anticipates guest needs and takes steps to exceed their expectations

Role Main Responsibilities

• Respond to guest requests for special arrangements or services (e.g., transportation, reservations, city tours) by making arrangements or identifying appropriate providers
• Respond to special requests from guests with unique needs and follow up to ensure satisfaction
• Gather, summarize, and provide information to guests about the property and the surrounding area amenities, including special events and activities.
• Answer, record, and process all guest calls, messages, requests, questions, or concerns.
• Contact appropriate individual or department (e.g., Bell person, Housekeeping) as necessary to resolve guest call, request, or problem.
• Review shift logs/daily memo books and document pertinent information in logbooks.
• Monitor club lounge for seating availability, service, safety, and well-being of guests
• Perform other reasonable job duties as requested by Supervisors.

 

Required Skills/Abilities:

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English, Georgian and ideally another international language.
• Can multi-task, is team oriented and work diligently to resolve issues when they arise
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent Interpersonal skills.

 

Education and Experience:

• Five years of experience in the respective field.
• Experience of working in International Environment.
• Experience of working in Luxury Tier Hotels is a definite plus.
