The distribution company BMS announces a vacancy for the position of Brand Manager.
BMS has been operating in the Georgian market since 2002 and is one of the fastest growing distribution and marketing companies in the country, distributing premium brands such as: Frosch, Vileda, Basso, Wilkinson Sword, Reggia, OE, Cotoneve, Emsal, Dr. Beckmann and others.
Job Location: Tbilisi, D. Guramishvili Avenue N64
Working hours: 40 hours per week, Monday - Friday, 09:00 – 18:00.
Compensation: Negotiable.
Responsibilities:
- Plan brand marketing strategy, create activity calendar, budget and execute;
- Define strategy and implement relevant advertising and other activities to increase brand awareness;
- Communicate with existing suppliers, negotiate and cooperate with them on the best commercial terms;
- Present and train brands/products to sales department employees;
- Prepare necessary documentation for transportation of purchased products;
- Develop/enhance brand positioning strategy in coordination with sales department;
- Conduct market/competitor research and analysis;
- Develop/enhance brand positioning strategy;
- Monitor merchandising and make recommendations for it (together with the sales department);
- Manage inventory;
- Develop recommendations on pricing issues;
Requirements:
- Higher education in marketing, business administration or a similar field;
- Experience in the position of Brand Manager is desirable;
- Fluent English at C1 level is required;
- Good knowledge of computer office programs;
- Good knowledge of Excel is required;
- Ability to negotiate and persuade;
