Objectives of this role
- Develop and execute strategic PR campaigns to
bolster the company's brand image and reputation in the market.
- Cultivate and maintain relationships with media
outlets, influencers, and stakeholders to secure positive media coverage
and partnerships.
- Create compelling content and
messaging to engage and inform target audiences, driving awareness and interest
in company initiatives and offerings.
- Act swiftly and
effectively to manage any potential PR crises or issues that may arise,
ensuring timely and transparent communication.
- Collaborate
closely with marketing and other departments to align PR efforts with business
objectives, contributing to overall growth and success.
- Uphold and
promote the company's mission, values, and initiatives through consistent and
effective PR strategies and communications.
Your Tasks
- According to the
company's mission, understand and implement the main components of the brand
(slogan, vision, terminology, etc.) both internally and externally, for society
and customers.
- Develop,
introduce, implement, and monitor branding documents.
- Develop the
annual marketing plan and budget, defining established objectives, goals, and
products to be achieved.
- Develop and
implement strategic marketing documents, execute them, and monitor their
effectiveness.
- Continuously work
to increase the company's awareness, including internationally.
- Initiate social
campaigns to present the company positively and raise awareness.
- Participate in
every tourism event.
Required skills and qualifications
- Proven experience as a Public
Relations Specialist or similar role in the travel or hospitality industry.
- Strong understanding of PR
techniques, media relations, and digital platforms.
- Excellent writing, editing, and
communication skills.
- Creative thinker with the
ability to generate innovative ideas and campaigns.
- Ability to work effectively
under pressure and meet deadlines.
- Bachelor’s degree in Public
Relations, Communications, Journalism, or related field.
