JOB DESCRIPTION

We are seeking a knowledgeable and experienced tour operator, who excels in advising, planning, and managing client travel itineraries?

As a tour operator, you must be adept at efficiently communicating with clients to understand their travel needs, time constraints, and budget limitations. You must excel in arranging customized travel options and resolving travel-related issues promptly. Your ability to monitor and handle any concerns or issues relating to the client’s travel within a short interval will be critical for this position.

Objectives of this role

  • Efficiently communicate with clients to understand their, Travel preferences, Time constraints and Budget limitation.
  • Expertly arrange customized travel itineraries tailored to client needs
  • Resolve travel-related issues promptly and effectively
  • Ensure seamless travel experiences for clients from start to finish
  • Maintain high levels of client satisfaction throughout their journeys

Your tasks

  • Client Consultation: Communicate effectively with clients to comprehend their travel preferences, timelines, and budget constraints.
  •  Itinerary Customization: Research and recommend tailored travel solutions, including flights, accommodations, sightseeing options (domestic/international), and other travel-related services.
  • Logistics Management: Coordinate all aspects of travel logistics, ensuring smooth execution from booking to post-travel support.
  • Issue Resolution: Monitor and promptly address any concerns or issues that may arise during the client’s travel experience.
  • Supplier Coordination: Maintain strong relationships with hotels, airlines, and local operators to secure the best rates and services for clients.
  • Continuous Support: Provide ongoing support to clients before, during, and after their travels to ensure a seamless and enjoyable experience.
  • Market Awareness: Stay updated on industry trends, destination developments, and travel regulations to offer informed advice and enhance service offering

Required skills and qualifications

  • Proficiency in English and any other language (local and/or international).
  • A graduate degree in hospitality, travel or a related field.
  • Prior experience as a tour operator or similar role with an exceptional customer service record.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a customer-focused approach.
  • Excellent organizational abilities and attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in travel booking systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Problem-solving mindset with a proactive approach to resolving issues.
  • Passion for travel and exploring new destinations.
  • Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team
  • Proficiency in English and any other language (local and/or international).
