ROOMS BATUMI is announcing a vacancy for the position of Demi Chef

Key Responsibilities:

Assist the Chef in performing his/her duties;
Execute all orders to perfection, according to the recipes;
Actively participate in creating new recipes;
Maintain a stock of all necessary ingredients for preparing dishes;
Follow the rules of using inventory and equipment;
Ensure smooth operation of the kitchen, together with other kitchen staff;
Monitor kitchen equipment and appliances;
Prepare and execute purchase orders for supplies;

Required Skills:

Experience in a similar position;
Professional education in the field of beverage and food (will be considered as an advantage);
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment;
Sense of responsibility;
Teamwork skills.
