ROOMS TBILISI announces a vacancy for the position of Demi Chef/Pastry

Main responsibilities:

Assisting the Head Chef in his/her duties;
Preparing all orders to the highest standard, in accordance with recipes;
Actively participating in the creation of new recipes;
Sourcing all necessary ingredients for the preparation of dishes;
Following the rules of usage of inventory and instruments;
Ensuring the smooth operation of the kitchen, together with other kitchen staff;
Monitoring the kitchen equipment and machinery;
Describing and placing orders for supplies;

Required skills:

Experience in a similar position;
Professional education in beverage and food direction (will be considered as an advantage);
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment;
Sense of responsibility;
Ability to work in a team.
