ROOMS TBILISI announces a vacancy for the position of Room Service Attendant

Main responsibilities:

Taking guest orders and ensuring timely delivery;
Ensuring timely clearance of trays and dishes;
Thorough knowledge of menu items including beverage and food ingredients and providing recommendations when needed;
Maintaining cleanliness of the work area;
Ensuring proper communication between the kitchen, order takers, and members of the service team;
Taking into account guest comments and providing information to the relevant department when necessary.

Required skills:

Previous working experience in a similar field will be considered an advantage;
Education in the field of food and beverage will be considered an advantage;
Proficiency in English is a must;
Ability to work in a team;
Excellent communication skills;
Detail-oriented;
