Outsourcing company HR Lofty offers you a vacancy at the American (US Embassy Tbilisi) Embassy, for the position of Lead HVAC Technician.

Requirements:

• Has repair and maintenance experience with 100RT+ (350KW) commercial chillers (Mechanical and electrical components)
• Has repair and maintenance experience with commercial hot water boilers (Mechanical and electrical components)
• Has repair and maintenance experience with commercial Air handler units (Mechanical and electrical components)
• Has repair and maintenance experience with centralize building automation systems such as (BACnet, N2 protocols)

Experience: three (3) years' experience at the journey-level in the installation, repair, and maintenance of commercial HVAC and/or other mechanical system digital building controls with interfacing to the building automation systems.

Education: Successful completion of specialized vocational training program from an accredited institute recognized as producing journeyman level HVAC mechanical technicians a mechanical system specialist trained in the maintenance of commercial or industrial buildings/facilities is required. A portion of the training must be in HVAC Controls and the interfacing with Building Automated Systems Technology.

Language: English level III (Good working knowledge) Written/Speaking/Reading is required. Georgian level III (Good knowledge) Written/Speaking/Reading is required.

• Must be Georgian citizen or must have a work permit,
• Driving license category B is required.
• Annual Salary: GEL 55,753- GEL 78,061 (DOQ)
• Embassy benefits: compensation package include health, separation, and other benefits. 13-th month bonus payment
• Work Schedule: 40 hours per week.
