The company "G-T Motors", the official representative of automobile brands Jaguar, Land Rover, Ford, Suzuki, BMW and Mini in Georgia, announces a vacancy for the position of Warehouse Manager.
Work location: Batumi, Orbeliani str., 21
Work schedule: full-time - Monday-Friday - 10:00-18:00; Saturday - 10:00-15:00.
Main functions and responsibilities:
- Receiving, checking and placing spare parts, oils and consumables in accordance with the relevant rules;
- Continuous monitoring of received and issued parts, oils and materials;
- Preparation/monitoring of documentation related to the receipt and issuance of spare parts, oils and consumables;
- Management of warehouse stocks and conducting/reporting regular analysis related to it;
- Effective use of warehouse space in compliance with the relevant standards;
- Initiation of the process of management/write-off/sale/disposal of products in the warehouse, taking into account the relevant deadlines;
- Participation in the inventory of the warehouse.
Qualification requirements:
- Higher education, preferably in business administration/finance;
- Experience in a similar position;
- Knowledge of English at a communicative level is desirable;
- Knowledge of office computer programs (especially Exсel).

- Ability to make decisions promptly;
- High sense of responsibility;
- Detail orientation;
- Ability to respond to problems in a timely manner;
- Result orientation;
- Ability to work in a team.
