YOUR EXPERIENCE AND SKILLS INCLUDE:

•  Minimum 3 years progressive experience in managing large F&B operations

•  Entrepreneurial mindset to attract clients and boost F&B revenue

•  F&B cost and payroll control

•  Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

•  Micros/Symphony program knowledge

•  Fluent English

 

WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING:

•  Manage all Food and Beverage operations in our fast-paced restaurant and bars

•  Maintain exceptional levels of customer service

•  Ensure compliance of brand standards

•  Set departmental targets and objectives, work schedules, budgets, policies and procedures
