Position: Land Transport Administrator - LTL.

Working hours: Full time (09:00-18:00), Monday to Friday, On-site.

Location: Europe Str. 4, 0198 Tbilisi, Georgia.

Duties:   

• Being the interface for foreign freight forwarding partners and international hubs.
• Planning and coordinating transport orders.
• Managing the handling of our groupage freight import consignments.
• Ensuring trucks are optimally loaded, purchasing storage space and offering our customers top-quality services.
• Negotiating prices and rates with carriers and customers.
• Daily update of shipments in CIEL.
• Monitoring of overdue invoices for import customers.
• Reporting to management on permanent basis (daily, weekly, monthly).
• Continuous development of the services.

Profile:

• Experience in Transport and Forwarding would be benefit.
• Bachelor’s degree in business related field.
• Excellent written and verbal communication in Georgian and English.
• Good computer skills.
