We are looking for an experienced and talented Performance Marketing Team Lead

who is enthusiastic to join our partner company Admiral Media  on a remote basis.

Admiral Media is an award winning performance marketing agency. They manage recognizable brands and budgets from small to large scale clients with a strong focus on apps. The team is an international, fully remote, senior team of marketers, designers and analysts who were hired because they breathe marketing & growth.

Company is now climbing another mountain and wants to develop from being an amazing performance marketing agency to becoming a profit oriented revenue partner for clients. This means, service offering needs to be enhanced and cover more product marketing related services such as Onboarding and Paywall Optimisation and much more. They are looking for an experienced Creative Director to help create outstanding campaigns & ads for clients & their own marketing content to win new clients.

You will be part of the leadership team and as such have responsibility over a distributed graphic and motion design team.

More likely your tasks will include:

• Ideate & create outstanding campaign creatives to support our performance marketing campaigns
• Present & collect feedback from clients and campaign managers
• Ensure brand guidelines are met but still develop innovative ideas
• Produce outstanding copy for your campaigns to convert impressions into loyal customers of our clients
• Participate in client meetings and explain your campaign ideas
• Produce innovative ad formats such as playable ads together with team
• Oversee teams workload and assign projects or tasks
• Write selling copy to win customers for clients
• Write even more copy to win new clients
• Understand data of performance marketing campaigns to continuously improve results of our campaigns

Requirements

• At least 5 years experience in creative agency 
• Experience with B2B Marketing & Performance Ads
• BA degree (Marketing, Communications, Fine Arts or related field preferred)
• Copywriting Skills (ideally native English)
• Deep understanding of the digital landscape, digital channel objectives
• Fluent in English
• Awesome Powerpoint skills
• You master the details (your work must be super accurate, structured and precise)
• Motivation to learn & grow your own but also your teams skills
• You are Extrovert who is not shy to post on LinkedIn or go on stage at conferences to present your work & achievements
