We are looking for an experienced and talented Performance Marketing Team Lead who is enthusiastic to join our partner company Admiral Media on a remote basis.
Admiral Media is an award winning performance marketing agency. They manage recognizable brands and budgets from small to large scale clients with a strong focus on apps. The team is an international, fully remote, senior team of marketers, designers and analysts who were hired because they breathe marketing & growth.
Company is now climbing another mountain and wants to develop from being an amazing performance marketing agency to becoming a profit oriented revenue partner for clients. This means, service offering needs to be enhanced and cover more product marketing related services such as Onboarding and Paywall Optimisation and much more. As the Team Lead, you will take charge of running and scaling clients' international user acquisition campaigns on various paid social & paid search channels.
More likely your tasks will include:
- Optimize and scale international app marketing campaigns to achieve our clients' business goals, focusing on Cost Per Acquisition (CPA) and Return on Ad Spend (ROAS).
- Utilize our automated Tableau reporting to present your results effectively
- Identify correlations between key performance metrics and draw conclusions to enhance user acquisition strategies.
- Brief analysts to create or improve new dashboards for you, your team and clients
- Brief the creative team on the required banners or videos for each channel and campaign.
- Leverage automation features on digital marketing channels to improve campaign efficiency and effectiveness.
- Lead a team of app marketers, guiding them to achieve exceptional results.
- Motivate and inspire team members to learn and grow their skill sets.
- Reward your team based on performance.
- Collaborate with the Management team to win new and deliver results for our customers
- Represent Admiral Media on conferences, webinars, podcasts and other content pieces to enhance our positioning as a leading agency
Requirements
- Minimum 4 years of experience in app marketing in a leadership role
- Deep understanding of the latest developments in app tracking, especially related to iOS14 & Google Privacy Sandbox.
- Proficiency in Excel and advanced data analysis techniques.
- Strong experience with performance marketing metrics, including CPM, CPA, and ROAS.
- Expertise in various social media platforms, including Meta, Snap, TikTok, and others.
- Familiarity with paid search platforms, including ASA, Google, Bing and others..
- Fluent in English, with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Highly analytical, detail-oriented, and able to deliver accurate and structured work.
- A passion for numbers and data-driven decision-making.
- A proactive attitude with a commitment to delivering exceptional results for clients.
- Strong presentation and great time management skills
- You can handle difficult situations with clients or your team
