We are looking for an experienced and talented Talent Success manager who is enthusiastic to join our team. 

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Talent Success Manager to join our team. In this role, you will improve employee relations, manage contracts, and handle membership services. If you enjoy creating a positive workplace and ensuring smooth operations, we'd love to have you with us! More likely your tasks will include:

• Manage onboarding and offboarding processes.
• Support employees with administrative tasks (vacations, sick leaves).
• Arrange 1:1 meetings and provide employee support.
• Conduct and analyze employee satisfaction surveys.
• Organize team building activities and events.
• Oversee hardware distribution and maintenance.
• Maintain employee data and records.
• Develop and update SOPs, KPIs, and OKRs for Talent Success management.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
• Strong knowledge of employment laws and regulations is a huge advantage.
• Proven experience in HR, employee relations, or a similar role will be a plus.
• Excellent knowledge of English (C1 level)
• Excellent communication, negotiation and interpersonal skills.
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
• Problem-solving skills and a proactive attitude.
