The company owns cement plants in Kaspi (1) and Rustavi (2), as well as a cement mill in Poti and a cement terminal in Supsa. HeidelbergCement is the only clinker producer in Georgia. The first concrete plant in the country was commissioned in 2009. Currently HeidelbergCement operates 15 concrete plants.
