Vacant Position Name: Cash-in-transit and terminal monitoring manager

Job Location: Tbilisi

Job Responsibilities:

Control of the limit of the amounts cashed in by the cash-in-transit groups. Prompt response in case of exceeding the limit;
Control of the statuses of the cashed-in amounts (determining the location of the cashed-in amount);
Control of the movement of the cash-in-transit groups using the GPS system;
Control of the unauthorized removal of the cash cassette from the terminal and subsequent response;
Control of the compliance with the cash-in-transit procedure by the cash-in-transit groups;
Execution of other tasks assigned by the head of the monitoring group, which are related to cash-in-transit or terminal monitoring.
Daily reporting on the cashed-in amounts, volume and status thereof;
Execution of additional tasks and assignments assigned by the director/immediate supervisor of the company;
Appropriate and timely communication with various structural units;

Education:

Higher education;

Experience:

1 year of experience in a similar position is desirable;

Personal qualities and skills/competencies:

Organized;
Responsible;
Detail-oriented;
Ability to respond quickly and make decisions.

Working conditions:

Working schedule - Monday-Friday, 10:00-18:00, Saturday 10:00-15:00; two Saturdays in a month 10:00-15:00, the third Saturday 10:00-18:00, one additional day off in the week after a full Saturday.
