We are seeking a dedicated and skilled individual to join our team as a Stock Keeper Assistant.
Your Responsibilities Include:
- Supports operations within the 1C software system under the guidance of the Stock Keeper.
- Assists in receiving and processing incoming goods.
- Supports the Stock Keeper in receiving goods from carriers and preparing necessary documentation.
- Assists in preparing reports for the logistics department upon receipt of goods.
- Supports the Stock Keeper in the preparation of data for claims related to under-delivery of goods or delivery of substandard goods.
- Assists in monitoring compliance with goods storage rules and preparation of goods for sale.
- Assists in checking goods against purchase documents and drafting reports on missing/sorted goods in case of discrepancies.
- Participates in stocktaking activities.
- Supports labeling and sorting of goods as directed by the Stock Keeper.
- Assists in sorting and checking used price tags (labels) for future use
- Participates in inventory procedures as required.
- Assists in gathering orders for the online store.
- Supports in collecting assorted goods from the storage warehouse for online orders.
Your Expertise:
- High school diploma or equivalent. Additional education or training in logistics, supply chain management, or a related field is preferred.
- Prior experience in a warehouse or inventory management role is desirable but not mandatory.
- Familiarity with inventory management software, preferably 1C, is a plus.
- Ability to quickly learn and navigate inventory management software.
- Basic understanding of warehouse operations and inventory control procedures.
