Hotel "Aphischa" is looking for team members who, in close cooperation with other hotel employees, will create a pleasant environment and an unforgettable experience for the guests.

Hotel "Aphischa" offers its guests 118 designer retro-futuristic rooms, the interior of which combines several main spaces, including the first champagne bar-brasserie in the city, a wine room and a rooftop restaurant with an open space.

At Aphischa Hotel, the Waiter is responsible for providing high-level service to guests in the hotel's food and beverage outlets, maintaining order and cleanliness, and creating a maximally friendly and pleasant environment. 

Main responsibilities:

• Prepare the restaurant area to receive guests. Make sure the tables are set and there are extra dishes in stock;

• Serve guests with the utmost adherence to standards;

• Regularly check the guest's opinion after the service provided and take into account the comments received, share them with the kitchen and supervisors.

• Regularly collect used dishes from the tables and take them to the washing department;

• Increase guest satisfaction through close communication with the kitchen;

• Actively sell drinks and food using appropriate sales skills;

• Perform the duties of cleaning the work space in accordance with the requirements of the standards;

• Receive and place reservations on restaurant tables and mark them in the reservation book;

• Act in compliance with health and safety rules;

• Make sure that all orders are entered into the system, bills are paid in cash or by card, or charged to the guest's account, and the guest's signature is recorded on the check charged to the room;

• Be collegial and have a positive attitude towards employees of all departments of the hotel.

• Be maximally flexible with the work schedule in order to be able to replace a colleague if necessary;

• Maintain the standards in place at the facility.

Requirements:

• Vocational / higher education is desirable;

• Experience in a similar position is desirable;

• Good communication and interpersonal skills;

• Good organizational skills, attention to detail;

• Knowledge of English and Georgian is required. 

Desirable, if necessary, in accordance with the Labor Code and the Internal Regulations, the candidate is ready to be flexible with the work schedule to work in the evening hours, on weekends and etc.
