Job Type: Remote

 Fixed Salary: 1500 GEL ( NET) + Bonuses

We were established in 2016 and the main goal was to be the leading real estate developer and consultant in Europe and beyond providing urban living communities.

We are looking for an energetic and highly motivated Call Center Agent who will be able to create opportunities and manage prospect relationships.

 

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Answer calls and respond to emails.
• Handle customer inquiries both over the phone and by email.
• Manage and resolve customer complaints.
• Provide customers with product and service information.
• Enter new customer information into the system.
• Update existing customer information.
• Route calls to appropriate resource.
• Follow up customer calls where necessary.
• Document all call information according to standard operating procedures.
• Complete call logs.
• Produce call reports.

Personal Skills and Job requirements:

• Advanced Knowledge of English  and Russian is a must.
• At least 1-year experience in a call center or customer service environment.
• Strong negotiation skills.
• Excellent communicating skills.
• Strong ethical code and principles.
