ROOMS TBILISI announces a vacancy for the position of Junior Sous Chef
Main responsibilities:
- Assist the immediate supervisor in daily operations;
- Take an active part in creating new dishes for the menu;
- Effectively manage the team in accordance with the company's standards;
- Supervise the kitchen team;
- Make cost calculations for the necessary products;
- Regularly check the inventory and make a monthly report for the purpose of loss reduction / prevention;
- Ensure the implementation of administrative procedures;
- Actively participate in the HACCP system, control and documentation process;
- Control the optimal use of supplies;
- Participate in monthly inventory;
Required skills:
- Experience in a similar position;
- Professional education in the field of beverages and food (will be considered an advantage);
- Ability to work in a busy work environment;
