Bermeli announces a vacancy for the position of Lawyer in Batumi.

Main duties and responsibilities:

Drafting of contracts and other legal documentation (orders (if necessary), statements, complaints, claims, agreements, etc.) / participation in the drafting process, their notarization if necessary.
Representation in court;
Correct calculation of loans in its portfolio before restructuring / transfer to court and enforcement;
Providing legal advice to the company's employees;
Conducting correspondence with the company's clients or / and third parties if necessary;
Representation in any administrative or other type of bodies and organizations;
Negotiation of various contracts if necessary;
Registration, archiving, systematization of legal documents;
Legal analysis and expertise of various contracts;
Communication with problematic debtors and collection of debtor obligations by legal instruments;
Familiarization and implementation of legislative changes and regulations of the National Bank, its innovations and changes, implementation in the company's work;
Execution / submission of the tasks / instructions of the manager, submission of information on the work performed.
Contract certification with a notary
Cancellation of registered mortgages in accordance with the established procedure

Main requirements:

Higher legal education;
At least 1 year of work experience as a lawyer is desirable;
Knowledge of office programs ("Microsoft Word" and "Microsoft Excel") is required

Ability to prioritize, take responsibility;
Ability to work in a team;
High sense of responsibility;
Ability to effectively manage conflict and crisis situations;

Work schedule: Monday-Friday 10:00-18:00; Saturday 09:20-14:20, 40 hours per week.
