Currently, we are looking for a top Personal Assistant for our key client, a Georgia-based company that is a well-financed startup family office focused on investments in internet-first institutions, including digital assets, Web3, DeFi, and AI/LLM. They care about building institutions that support a freer world and strive to be excellent toward the people they work with. Our client operates from Tbilisi but invests globally. We are looking for a Personal Assistant who will initially focus on coordinating with an outside accounting firm to create monthly financial reports and budgets, assisting with tasks at government offices, and coordinating with researchers on research projects.
Your Duties:
As a Personal Assistant, you will be responsible for:
Working directly with the founder to develop all policies and practices
Coordinating with bookkeepers to generate monthly spending reports, create monthly budget reports, and submit data to tax preparers (including delivering monthly statements from multiple banks)
Assisting in the development of quarterly personal financial statements (PFS)
Addressing administrative tasks
Coordinating with researchers on a variety of research projects.
Organizing documents and digital records.
Assisting with errands and business meetings in Tbilisi as a translator
At least 4 years of experience in an administrative roles
At least 4 years of experience with using business software packages (Office) and technology
Interest in finance, reports, investments, and contracts
Excellent problem solving skills, detail oriented and highly organized
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Self-directed and capable of working independently
Good negotiation skills
Good command of the Georgian Language
English language upper intermediate (B2) is a must
