WHO WE’RE LOOKING FOR

We are seeking a talented designer with a design/advertising/creative industry background to join our team. We are looking for a person who can ensure the top-tier level of our visuals, work on pitches and treatments, and collaborate with our directors, photographers, and digital artists, as well as external talent. The ideal candidate has profound knowledge of visual communication and is eager to explore new ways of storytelling.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

Talent curation: Finding and curating talent within and outside the Future Frank roster for client briefs.

Collaborating with the production department: Assisting with treatments for photographers, directors and digital artists, including designing decks and conducting image research.

Collaborating with the branding department to enhance our visual communication and create visuals for the PR, social media and brand campaigns.

REQUIREMENTS:

• 2-3 years of experience in the advertising or creative industry.
• Great level of professional written and verbal english.
• Understanding of the process of creating a campaign from ideation to production, post-production, and delivery.
• Great visual and creative sense, with an impeccable taste in design.
• Profound understanding of youth culture, including music, art, films, social media, and gaming.
• Strong mastery of the Adobe Suite, particularly Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro, and ideally After Effects.
• Comfortable working with Amsterdam schedule.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:

• Experience with using AI tools.
• Passion for new ways of visual storytelling, including 3D art, AR (Augmented Reality), AI, and Digital Intelligence.
• While not mandatory, experience with 3D software such as Maya, Cinema 4D, or Blender, familiarity with gaming engines like Unity or Unreal, and knowledge of AI tools is a plus.
