Distribution company „BMS“ announces a vacancy for the position of Head of Supply Service.

Company „BMS“ has been operating in the Georgian market since 2002 and is one of the fastest growing distribution and marketing companies in the country, which distributes premium brands: Frosch, Vileda, Basso, Wilkinson Sword, Reggia, OE, Cotoneve, Emsal, Dr. Beckmann and others.

Work location: Tbilisi, Avchala, Gr.Khantadze N2.
Work schedule: Monday - Saturday, 09:00 - 18:30. Break: 1 hour per day.
Rest: two days a week. Sunday - Monday.
Remuneration: negotiable;

Functions-Responsibilities:

Planning the supply process in coordination with the Head of Logistics Department;
Developing a schedule for timely delivery of products to retail outlets, according to a predefined route;
Organizing the packaging of products by objects and distributing them to the appropriate addresses;
In case of unplanned orders, planning the supply process in coordination with the Sales Department, and controlling the execution;
Complete execution of documentation intended for supply;
Receiving the amount from the driver-forwarder at the end of the day, checking it and transferring the received amount to the accounting department;
Control over the process of returning products from retail outlets;
Assessing the quality of work of subordinate employees, constant monitoring of their implementation of procedures and guidelines;
Managing unforeseen events and making necessary decisions in order to ensure the smooth running of the supply process.

Requirements:

At least 3 years of work experience in the relevant field;
At least 1 year of experience in a managerial position (team management);
Higher or professional education in transport logistics;
Knowledge of office programs, especially MS Excel;
Driving license (B category)
