General Requirements:
- Oversees daily operations of the restaurant
- Fosters a customer-centric culture and ensures exceptional guest service
- Mentors and inspires team members to achieve their full potential
- Proactively seeks opportunities to enhance service, improve processes, and introduce new ideas
- Represents the hotel's brand and carries the company's image
- Demonstrates proficiency in MS Office and inventory management
- Adheres to F&B policies and procedures
Skills:
- Foreign Languages: Fluent English. Additional language skills is a preference
- Sociable, Good Interpersonal and Communication Skills
- Result Oriented
- Cheerful & Smiley Personality
- Team Player and Well Organized
- Understanding of international business etiquette and cultural sensitivities
- A genuine passion for the hospitality industry and creating memorable experiences for guests
- Experience in International Brand Hotel is an advantage
