Position: Food and Beverage Supervisor
General Requirements:
- Ensures all guests receive service beyond expectations, from arrival to departure
- Interacts with guests daily to obtain feedback on the quality of food, beverage, service level, and overall satisfaction
- Leads the team by example
- Manages, trains, and supervises all associates in accordance with Hotel Service Standards
Required Skills/Abilities:
- Foreign Language: English. Additional language skills is a preference
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to details
- Good verbal and written communication skills
- Experience in International Brand Hotel is an advantage
