The project Radio City  announces a vacancy for the position of Commis Chef.

Work location: Tbilisi, Barbara Bairamashvili 3 (Mukhiani)

Working hours: Full

Main responsibilities:

• Assisting the chefs;

• Providing the chefs with all the necessary ingredients for the preparation of dishes;

• Preparing the “mise en place”;

• Carrying out the tasks assigned by the Chef;

• Fulfilling all orders with excellence;

• Ensuring the smooth operation of the kitchen together with other kitchen staff;

• Monitoring the kitchen equipment and appliances.

Required skills: 

• Experience in a similar position will be considered an advantage;

• Professional education in the field of beverages and food will be considered an advantage;

• Ability to work in a team;

• High sense of responsibility;

• Attention to detail.
