New HeidelbergCement Georgia Hanvel Cement has been operating in Georgia since 2006 and is a leading brand in the local cement and concrete market.  The company owns cement plants in Kaspi and Rustavi, as well as a cement mill in Poti and a cement terminal in Supsa. Hanvel Cement  is the only clinker producer in Georgia. The first concrete plant in the country was launched in 2009.  Currently, Hanvel Cement has 15 concrete plants. 

 

New HeidelbergCement Georgia Hanvel Cement announces a vacancy for the position of Electrician at the Rustavi Cement Plant.

 

Job location: Rustavi, 70 Builders St. 

Number of vacancies: 12-hour shift  - 2 vacancies;

 

Main responsibilities:

• Perform installation, repair and dismantling of electrical equipment and devices.
• Maintain operating conditions of electrical equipment and devices, timely identify and analyze malfunctions, and take appropriate measures.
• Read technical documentation, drawings and diagrams, and perform simple engineering calculations.
• Implement preventive maintenance programs and keep records.
• Install, calibrate and control industrial instruments and related devices.
• Comply with the existing and applicable labor safety rules and regulations on the company's premises.

Qualification requirements and skills: 

• Higher or/and vocational education in electrical engineering.
• Minimum 1 year of experience in a similar position.
• Sense of responsibility.
• Teamwork.
• Detail orientation.
