New HeidelbergCement Georgia Hanvel Cement has been operating in Georgia since 2006 and is a leading brand in the local cement and concrete market. The company owns cement plants in Kaspi and Rustavi, as well as a cement mill in Poti and a cement terminal in Supsa. Hanvel Cement is the only clinker producer in Georgia. The first concrete plant in the country was launched in 2009. Currently, Hanvel Cement has 15 concrete plants.
