Charm Trading announces a vacancy for the position of Brand Manager Assistant

Location: Tbilisi

Working hours: Monday-Friday 09:00-18:00

Compensation: - 1000 GEL

Job Description:

• Establishing the language of communication with the company's local and international suppliers
• Daily communication with suppliers (both in written and oral form)
• Preparing orders in accordance with the company's procedures
• Studying the competitive environment and market analysis,
• Presenting the analysis to the immediate supervisor in the form of presentations and reports
• Reporting of various kinds
• Participating in the planning of promo campaigns and subsequently monitoring their implementation
• Negotiating with retail outlets if necessary
• Control of advertising materials in the warehouse, ensuring the distribution of materials to merchandisers throughout Georgia

Qualifications:

• Higher education or a graduating student (preferably in business administration and/or economics)
• High level of knowledge of Microsoft Excel
• Knowledge of English is essential and Russian is desirable at a communicative level, as the candidate also negotiates with international suppliers
