LLC A17 (dental company) announces a vacancy for the position of Purchasing Manager.
Our store has been on the market for more than 12 years and is distinguished by high growth rates,
offers its customers a large assortment of products and represents the world's leading brands. The store is located in Tbilisi at 9 Anna Antonovskaya
Main responsibilities:
• Management and control of the full cycle of purchases;
• Maintaining and developing relationships with suppliers for the purpose of high-quality and economical purchases;
• Receiving, processing, purchasing and providing feedback on purchase requests;
• Preparation of procurement documentation, verification of invoices, quantity, cost, bank details, etc.
• Inventory management (terms); Control of product shortages and excess inventory;
• Work with the program 1C;
• Implementation of customs procedures both remotely and directly at customs.
Skills:
• Effective negotiation and communication skills
• Punctuality
• Ability to work independently and in a team
• Sense of responsibility, attention to detail
• Skills in efficient allocation and management of working time
Schedule: Full - 10:00 - 19:00
5 working days a week
Compensation: 2000 GEL
The internship period is 1-3 months
Compensation during the internship period: 1000 GEL
