Hotel „HOLIDAY INN TBILISI“ announces a vacancy for the position of Receptionist.

Main responsibilities:

Check the list of guests and their requests every morning;
Check the information left in the program at the beginning of each shift;
Organize the list of room cleaning times;
Meet the guest with kindness.
Carry out the registration procedure in compliance with all the rules;
Enter existing and additional information about the guest into the program;
Ensure the confidentiality of information about guests;
Ensure that the guests' accounts are closed on time;
Generate a list of accounts for departing guests so that the guest does not leave the hotel without settling the accounts;
In case of receiving a complaint from a guest, find ways to resolve it and check the status of the problem resolution as soon as possible;
Provide information to guests about the city's attractions;
Ensure the guest's arrival and departure, both at the hotel and outside it.

Required skills:

Perfect knowledge of Georgian and English;
Good communication skills;
Sense of responsibility;
Ability to work in a team;
Detail-oriented.
