ROOMS KOKHTA announces a vacancy for the position of Commis

Key Responsibilities:

Assists the Chef and Junior Sous Chef;
Stocks all necessary ingredients for the preparation of dishes;
Prepares the “mise en place”;
Executes tasks as assigned by the Chef de Cuisine;
Executes all orders with excellence;
Ensures the smooth operation of the kitchen, alongside other kitchen staff;
Monitors kitchen equipment and appliances;
Initiates and executes purchase orders for supplies;

Required Skills:

Previous experience in a similar position will be considered an advantage;
Professional education in beverage and food direction will be considered an advantage;
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment;
Sense of responsibility;
Teamwork skills.
