Customer Technical Support - International Telecom Company Easterra
Role Summary: Provide technical assistance to customers, resolving issues related to telecom services, network and connectivity. This role requires excellent troubleshooting skills, effective communication, and the ability to explain technical information clearly.
Responsibilities:
Address customer inquiries and technical issues
Escalate unresolved issues to senior technical teams
Document interactions and solutions for future reference
Requirements:
Strong technical aptitude, customer service experience
Familiarity with telecom systems, proficiency in problem-solving
Excellent communication skills and patience in customer interactions
Proficiency in English (C1)
CCNA certification is preferred
