What will you do:
Respond to employee queries related to HR policies and procedures;
Support payroll processing by ensuring accurate timesheet and attendance records;
Assist in the administration of employee benefits programs.
Ensure proper documentation for HR processes, including employment contracts and performance reviews;
Prepare HR reports and provide data analysis as needed, including absenteeism, turnover, Position changes and Trainings & Development.
Help organize employee engagement activities, team-building events, and celebrations.
What you’ll need to fulfill this role:
Up to 1 years of experience in an HR or administrative role.
Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
Proficiency with HR software (HRIS) and MS Office Suite.
Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion and maintain confidentiality.
