Job Description:

The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in Vue.js, excellent leadership skills, and a desire to grow their backend development capabilities. Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and mentor a team of developers, providing guidance on Vue.js development best practices.
• Design, develop, and maintain scalable and efficient front-end solutions using Vue.js.
• Collaborate with designers, backend developers, and product managers to deliver high-quality applications.
• Review and optimize code for performance, scalability, and maintainability.
• Plan and manage team deliverables, ensuring timely completion of tasks.
• Work towards expanding backend knowledge (if not already experienced) and contribute to backend development in the future.

Required Skills:

• Strong expertise in Vue.js and its core ecosystem (Vue Router, Vuex, etc.).
• Solid understanding of modern front-end development practices, including component-based architecture.
• Proficiency in JavaScript/TypeScript and related tooling (Webpack, Vite).
• Experience in leading teams or mentoring junior developers.
• Familiarity with RESTful APIs and integrating them into front-end applications.
• Basic knowledge of backend development or willingness to learn and grow in this area.

Preferred Skills:

• Experience with backend frameworks (e.g., Node.js, Express) is a plus.
• Knowledge of database systems (SQL, NoSQL) and server-side technologies.
• Familiarity with cloud platforms and CI/CD pipelines.
