Qualification Requirements:


  • Higher education;
  • 1 year of experience in a similar position;
  • Knowledge of office computer programs; (MS Word; MS Excel; MS Outlook);
  • Intermediate to high level knowledge of Russian and English languages.

Main Function-Responsibilities:


  • High-quality service to existing and potential customers;
  • Receiving/processing incoming calls;
  • Providing complete information and consultation to customers;
  • Correctly redirecting customers;
  • Solving problems arising in the service process, taking care of customer satisfaction;
  • Performing all other functional responsibilities related to the position.

Personal Characteristics:


  • Active, purposeful and result-oriented;
  • Analytical thinking ability, attentive to details;
  • High sense of responsibility;
  • Refined communication and speech skills;
  • Ability to work in a stressful environment.

Working Schedule: 10:00 - 19:00 | 5/7
