We are currently looking for a Universal Banker in Tbilisi.
Main responsibilities:
- Implementation of individual plans set for the branch/service center employees;
- Opening/closing of accounts within the framework of customer service, implementation of any type of operations related to accounts;
- Collection of data on creditworthiness of customers, ensuring accuracy of information;
- Providing high-quality service to existing or potential clients of the bank.
Requirements:
- Higher education;
- At least 6 months of experience in the banking sector in the direction of customer service (in operational and credit directions);
- Experience in the direction of sales of credit products is required;
- Knowledge of banking programs will be an advantage;
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office programs.
Personal skills:
- Ability to communicate effectively;
- Ability to convey information correctly and convincingly;
- Sense of responsibility;
- Ability to work in a team;
- Ability to focus on details.
