Real Estate Company "Flexi Rentals" announces a vacancy for the position of Real Estate Realtor.
Briefly about the company: Real Estate Company " Flexi Rentals is focused on development and offers its customers high-quality, fast and effective services in the areas of buying - selling - renting apartments, houses, commercial spaces and land plots.
Working conditions: Working schedule- Monday to Friday inclusive.
11:00-from 18:00-to - Saturday -Sunday rest.
Compensation: By production, 1500 GEL and above
Location: Tbilisi, 17 Zaldastanishvili
Main requirements:
** Higher education is desirable;
** Work experience in the service/sales sector is considered a priority;
** Communicative level of English and Russian languages;
** Knowledge of office computer programs;
Main responsibilities:
** Search and offer the desired property for the client;
** Entering-registering real estate data in the database;
** Planning/conducting meetings/negotiations;
** Execution of contracts.
