Nikora LLC, a subsidiary of Nikora JSC, announces a vacancy for the position of ERP Support Specialist:

Main functional responsibilities:

Providing effective technical support to end users; conducting training for users;
Working with the supplier company on problematic issues;
Participating in the implementation;
Registration/management of licenses;
Maintenance of databases, backup and ensuring their secure storage;
Participating in the improvement of the system.

Main requirements:

Good knowledge of English;
Experience in working with ERP products;
Participation in the implementation of the ERP project will be considered an advantage;
Experience in working with SAP B1 databases will be considered an advantage;
Knowledge of SAP B1 architecture and interface will be considered an advantage;
Knowledge of the main modules and functions of SAP B1 will be considered an advantage.
