Main responsibilities:
- Generating sales leads;
- Clearly defining/determining customer wants and needs;
- Communicating with clients;
- Providing interested parties with comprehensive information about the product (familiarization with the product and its characteristics);
- Creating real estate listings;
- Preparing real estate for viewing;
- Managing the negotiation and contract execution process;
- Working in CRM;
- Reporting and generating/continuously updating the database;
- Interacting with construction and development companies.
During the internship period, the selected candidate will study the profession of a call center operator for real estate sales and will be provided with communication and travel expenses.

Working days/hours: Monday-Friday 10:00/19:00, Saturday 10:00/18:00,
Sunday 10:00/18:00. One (1) day off per week
Compensation type: Fixed salary 1200 GEL
or
Fixed salary 500 GEL plus an additional bonus
5% of the total revenue received from all successful deals in the company.
The competition for the position of call center operator will be held in 3 stages:
