What You’ll Do

This role is all about making sure that chefs, general managers, and hotel operations teams not only feel heard but also see their needs reflected in clever designed solutions. As a Senior Product Designer, you’ll craft intuitive and elegant user experiences that solve real-world problems, all while keeping simplicity at the forefront. We design quickly, iterate often, and aren’t afraid to push boundaries to ensure our platform stays innovative and user focused.

Requirements

Who You Are

• You have 5+ years of meaningful Product Design experience with a focus on UX and research
• You have experience with complex web B2B SaaS products
• Your empathy for the users put their interests at the center of your everyday work
• You are experienced in running user research and usability tests autonomously
• You are fluent in design best practices and have a strong knowledge of user experience standards
• You have professional proficiency in design and prototyping tools such as Figma
• You have already created, delivered, and maintained a design system
