We are looking for a User Acquisition Manager to join our team and take part in growing our user base across the world. As a studio specializing in instant social games for platforms like Discord and Telegram, this is a unique opportunity to join one of the most innovative teams in the social gaming space.

Responsibilities:

• Plan, manage, and optimize user acquisition campaigns across multiple chat platforms channels
• Own and manage significant UA budgets to achieve performance targets
• Monitor and analyze campaign performance, adjusting strategies based on key metrics (CPI, ROAS, LTV)
• Stay up-to-date with UA trends, competitor activity, and emerging acquisition platforms
• Prepare regular performance reports with actionable insights and recommendations
• Collaborate with internal teams to optimize user onboarding and retention

Required Qualifications:

• 6+ years of experience in User Acquisition - Must
• Strong knowledge of performance marketing and digital advertising
• Proven ability to analyze large quantities of data and present actionable insights
• Fluent verbal & written skills in English
• Experience with social platforms, particularly Telegram
• Passion for gaming and commitment to staying updated with industry trends
